"Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters" adventure film unveils new trailer (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - Logan Lerman is venturing into one of the most mysterious places on Earth in "Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters", TheWrap said.

The newest trailer for the sequel to 2010's "Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief" tracks the titular teenage hero and his friends as they embark on a dangerous mission to the Bermuda Triangle.

Based on the second novel in author Rick Riordan's "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" young adult series, the film follows the son of Poseidon (Lerman) on a quest to the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical Golden Fleece and stop an ancient evil from rising.

Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson and Sean Bean, who plays Zeus, return for the next adventure hitting theaters on Aug. 7.
