  Armenian leader congratulates Rohani on Iran presidential election win June 17, 2013 - 11:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Hassan Rohani on winning Iran's presidential election. In his message, the Armenian leader expressed hope for further development of ties with Iran and wished the president success in providing elect stable progress for the Islamic Republic.
