Foreign Minister to attend BSEC council meeting in Ukraine

PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will leave for Odessa Friday, June 21 to attend the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) foreign minister’s council meeting.

During the event, Ukraine will hand over the BSEC presidency to Armenia, foreign ministry press service reported.
