HTC unveils Butterfly S 5-inch smartphoneJune 20, 2013 - 12:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - HTC has formally announced the Butterfly S 5-inch smartphone, Digital Spy said. The device sports a 1080p Super LCD 3 display with a 440ppi resolution, and includes many of the same features as the flagship HTC One handset. Powered by a quad-core 1.9GHZ Snapdragon 600 processor and 2GB of RAM, the Butterfly S comes with a 4-megapixel camera backed up by UltraPixel tech on the rear and a 2.1-megpixel snapper on the front. Other features include 16GB of storage, a quad-band HSPA/WCDMA radio and a 3200mAh battery for extended usage time. The device will be available in grey, white and red in HTC's native Taiwan for NT$22,900 ($489), according to Engadget. HTC is yet to confirm plans to release the phone in other territories.
