Daniel Radcliffe's “Frankenstein” narrowing in on actors for title role

PanARMENIAN.Net - Daniel Radcliffe's Frankenstein movie is narrowing in on actors to play Victor Von Frankenstein.

Boardwalk Empire's Jack Huston and Toby Kebbell (Black Mirror) are both in the running for the title role in Sherlock director Paul McGuigan's fresh take on Mary Shelley's iconic novel, Digita Spy said citing Deadline.

Radcliffe will take on the role of Igor, the hunchback lab assistant to the titular mad scientist. He will begin work on Frankenstein once his West End run on Cripple of Inishmaan ends this summer.

The actor previously said of the movie: "It's far and away the best script I've read coming out of a big studio in the time that I've been off Harry Potter. It's definitely going to be unusual."

Max Landis (Chronicle) penned the script for the film, while John Davis will serve as producer for the 20th Century Fox project.
