Australia’s New South Wales ready to cooperate with Artsakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met a delegation of the Australian New South Wales state, Wednesday, July 17.

A wide range of issues related to the development of relations between New South Wales and Artsakh were discussed during the meeting.

The NKR President Sahakyan thanked the authorities and people of the New South Wales state recognizing the country’s independence, adding that it was a significant step on the way to international recognition of Artsakh and establishment of bilateral relations.

Both sides mentioned the existence of all necessary conditions for cooperation and intention to work in this direction.

Deputy speaker of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Arthur Tovmasyan, NKR permanent representative in Australia Varouzhan Iskandaryan, Australia Armenian Cause Office members and other officials partook in the meeting, the Central Information Department at NKR President’s Office reported.
