Bus, minubus transportation price hike to AMD 150 confirmed

PanARMENIAN.Net - A price hike to AMD 150 up from AMD 1000 for minibus and bus transportation was agreed on, the head of Yerevan Municipality transport department said.

The decision will enter into force on Saturday, July 20.

No increase is planned for trolleybus and metro prices, which are to remain at AMD 100, Henrik Navasardyan said.

The price hike for gas-operated transport was prompted by an increase in gas tariffs to AMD 156 per cubic meter, up from AMD 132.
