  NKR leader, Armenian Minister talk cooperation in army building July 19, 2013 - 17:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagrono Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan. A number of issues on army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states were discussed during the meeting attended by Artsakh Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan. The meeting further continued in an enlarged format with the participation of the Armenian Defense Ministry’s delegation. At the meeting, the President stressed the importance of raising the quality of the activity in the sector, perfecting of long-term programs, noting that the approach would give a renewed impetus to the country's economic development and effective utilization of its potential.
