He has confirmed that he will be starring in the closing chapter of the sharpshooter's life, Digital Spy said citing The Hollywood Reporter. Speaking at the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest, the Italian actor said that the film will be set in 1915 and detail the final chapter in Django's life. The character becomes a consultant on Wild West films in the early days of cinema. Sergio Corbucci's 1966 original Django starred Nero in the title role.
