  ACP President makes announcement on time control July 23, 2013 - 14:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Association of Chess Professionals (ACP) Emil Sutovsky made an announcement regarding time control while talking to Chess-News radio. "The time control in all official tournaments will be with 30 seconds increment, this is true for the rapid competitions as well," he said. According to Sutovsky, the ACP conducted a survey among 30 leading GMs asking about their opinion on the increment - 19 out of 28 respondents voted in favor of increment.
