  Areximbank-Gazprombank Group increases authorized capital July 24, 2013 - 12:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Areximbank-Gazprombank Group increased its authorized capital by AMD 4,104,851,400 through the only stockholder of the bank – Gazprombank. As a result of the operation, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group took the 5th place in Armenian banking system for the amount of authorized capital. At present, the bank’s factual authorized capital totals AMD 16,452,129,954, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group press service said.
