Bomb attack stops oil flows thru pipeline linking Iraq to Turkey August 13, 2013 - 13:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A bomb attack stopped oil flows through the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline linking Iraq to Turkey early on Tuesday, Aug 13, Iraqi oil officials said, according to Reuters. The stoppage started at around 0230 GMT (10:30 pm EDT). The pipeline has been repeatedly attacked by militants and has also suffered technical problems.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million).
