During the visit, the captive and his family exchanged information though the ICRC representative. As the captive’s cousin Arman Injighulyan told PanARMENIAN.Net the family got a short letter from Hakob, with the handwriting identified as his own. On the night of Aug 8, Injighulyan, born in 1991, failed to find his bearings on the ground and crossed into the Azeri-controlled territory. No meeting with the ICRC representatives has been organized so far.
