As Defense Ministry spokesman told PanARMENIAN.Net ANS Azeri TV channel allegedly released a video featuring the captive who says he doesn't want to return to Armenia. The information is being clarified, with the ministry to contact the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) representatives tomorrow (August 23).
