CAA packaged and arranged financing for the movie, which revolves around an undercover agent who begins a new life as a beat cop in Brooklyn, only to find his past life coming back to haunt him. “Candy Store is a gritty, high energy crime thriller and we could not ask for a more talented director and cast. Stephen has written another world-class screenplay and we are confident that it will lead to box office success,” said Worldview CEO, Christopher Woodrow. Gaghan and Allison Sheamur are producing alongside Woodrow and Worldview's Molly Conners. Nicolas Gonda and Ryan Rettig also are producing for Ironwood Entertainment, which is making a small investment in Candy Store. Executive producers are Maria Cestone, Sarah E. Johnson, Bill Johnson, Jim Seibel, Michael G. Macs, Allyn Stewart, Kipp Nelson and Suzanne Joskow.
