Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to visit Armenia in early December, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said after talks with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.

“The meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister is one the key stages for preparation of the visit of the Russian President to Armenia,” Lavrov said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
