Armenia, Artsakh to be represented at Fitur tourism trade fair

PanARMENIAN.Net - The National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA), along with five Armenian travel agencies, will represent Armenia at Fitur annual international tourism trade fair, which will take place in Madrid, Spain, from January 22-26.

Armenia and Artsakh Republic will share a joint booth.

This year, an estimated number of 10,000 exhibiting companies from 167 countries, more than 110,000 trade participants and 92,000 people from the general public are expected to take part in the exhibition.

With the aim of building up an attractive and multifaceted tourism image of Armenia and Artsakh, visitors will be offered travel guides and maps in Spanish, NCFA public relations office said.

The National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA) is an independent entity founded through a partnership between the government of Armenia and a group of global business leaders of Armenian descent. The mandate of the Foundation is to achieve breakthrough development toward national competitiveness in key areas of economic activity through public-private partnerships and mobilization of strategic investments.
