PanARMENIAN.Net - A video honoring the life of Hrant Dink will be included in Inchbes Moranank album of Khatchadour Tankian, the father of System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian.

“Hrant was a Turkish Armenian writer and editor assassinated in Turkey in 2007 after appearing in the documentary Screamers (with Soad) in which he was interviewed about Turkish denial of the Armenian Genocide and the case against him under the draconian Article 301 in Turkey,” Serj Tankian said in a Facebook post.

“Recent ties to his killer weave a very sordid web of collusion among certain nationalists and law enforcement personnel. To this day, Turkey has a horrible human rights record and one of the highest rates of incarceration of journalists in the world,” he added.

The festival will screen three of his films: Exotica, The Sweet Hereafter, and Ararat, a drama about the Armenian Genocide.
