After a full-body shot of her conjuring up evil magic, in the form of green smoke, Maleficent disappears. But she's later shown walking menacingly through the forest and summoning up grass-and-branches-covered monsters, which later do battle with armored knights unleashed by the castle. "There is evil in this world, hatred and revenge," Maleficent says in a voiceover as Aurora is mesmerized by a spindle. The teaser ends with an evil laugh from Maleficent.
