Reliable tipster Evleaks brings word of the Android device's existence, along with specs details for the Xperia Tablet Z successor. The 10.1-inch slate will reportedly be powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 3GB of RAM, and come with a 1920 x 1200 Triluminos display on board. Other features include an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 2-megapixel front-facing snapper, a 6,000mAh battery and Android 4.4 Jelly Bean. The device is said to be fully waterproof and measure in at just 6.4mm thick.
