iPhone 6 may feature curved display with rounded edges, report suggestsApril 25, 2014 - 09:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Apple's iPhone 6 could feature a curved display with rounded edges, according to a report. According to Digital Spy, tech blog Mac Otakara claims to have heard from "reliable sources" that the handset may feature a similar form factor to the Samsung Galaxy Round. The report also states that the unannounced iPhone 6 may feature an edge-to-edge screen and an all-aluminium design. Previous leaks suggest that Apple is likely to opt for a larger display on the iPhone 6 to compete with rival Android devices from the likes of Samsung, Sony and HTC. Earlier this month, an industry analyst claimed that Apple has held talks with US carriers about raising the price of the next iPhone, with customers expected to have to foot at least some of the additional costs. Based on the company's past release schedule, Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 6 in September.
