Chadwick Boseman plays the Godfather of Soul in Tate Taylor's next film. The Help's director also reunites with Octavia Spencer and Viola Davis. The film charts the early years of Brown's life and his rise to fame, including his reunion with the mother (Davis) who abandoned him as a child.
