Xbox One controller “will shortly be compatible with PC”

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Xbox One controller will shortly be compatible with PC, Microsoft has stated, Digital Spy said.

Consumers will be able to use the gamepad with their PC "very soon", according to Xbox programming director Larry 'Major Nelson' Hryb (via NeoGAF).

In the meantime, Microsoft affirms that players who want to use an Xbox gamepad with PC can connect an Xbox 360 controller to play games.

Although both gamepads share a cosmetic resemblance, the Xbox One controller apparently contains more than 40 improvements.

Its trigger buttons, for example, contain miniature rumble motors that respond in different ways depending on the action.
