PanARMENIAN.Net - Ex-Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan was appointed as a Chief of Staff-Secretary General of the Armenian National Assembly by the order of the NA chairman Galust Sahakyan, the head of the parliament’s PR department, Gohar Poghosyan told PanARMENIAN.Net

Before Tovmasyan’s appointment, Erik Minasyan occupied the post of the acting Chief of Staff.
