“The Purge: Anarchy” hit thriller sequel trailer

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Purge: Anarchy has released a new trailer, Digital Spy said.

Frank Grillo stars in the sequel to the hit 2013 thriller.

The film is set in a near future US where, for one night a year, all laws are suspended.

The film centres around Leo (Grillo), a man who sets out on Purge night to hunt down the man who killed his son. He finds himself as the unlikely defender of a group of endangered citizens who become the subject of a sinister hunt.

Carmen Ejogo, Zach Gilford, Kiele Sanchez and Michael K Williams also feature in the James DeMonaco-directed film. Lena Headey and Ethan Hawke starred in last year's surprise, low-budget hit.

The Purge: Anarchy will be released in the US on July 18.
