Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone details leak online July 5, 2014 - 14:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone could sport the same processor as its predecessor, a report suggests. XperiaBlog claims to have obtained specs details for the firm's upcoming flagship, stating that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 801 chipset. This would put the Xperia Z3 in the same league as the Xperia Z2, the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the LG G3, at least where processing power is concerned. The report also suggests that the phone will feature a 1080p display, rather than a QHD screen like many of its upcoming rivals are expected to sport. Android 4.4.4 KitKat is said to come pre-installed on the device, which is believed to be slimmer than the Xperia Z2 with a 7mm body. The handset is expected to be announced alongside the Xperia Z3 Compact, which apparently had its specs leaked earlier this week.
