"Gone Girl" David Fincher thriller unveils new trailer (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - David Fincher's eagerly-awaited thriller Gone Girl has unveiled a new trailer, Digital Spy said.

Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike lead the cast of the film as Nick and Amy Dunne, whose marriage is rocked after the latter disappears on their fifth wedding anniversary.

The movie is based on Gillian Flynn's best-selling novel, which unfolds from the perspective of both Nick and Amy in alternating chapters.

The film version will deviate from this format and feature a new ending reworked by Flynn, who is also adapting her novel for the screen.

Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit and Emily Ratajkowski feature among the supporting cast for Gone Girl, which will open in cinemas on October 3.
