Christoph Waltz as frustrated genius in “Zero Theorem” trailer (video) July 10, 2014 - 17:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Christoph Waltz is a strange bald man living in an equally strange world where “all is for nothing” in director Terry Gilliam's “The Zero Theorem”, TheWrap reported. A new trailer for the Amplify release about a computer hacker searching for the meaning of human existence previews the rich, colorful and unique cinematic landscape in which the story unfolds. What exactly that story is, however, is hard to tell, but it involves Waltz bonding with a sexy nurse played by French actress Mélanie Thierry, talking to Tilda Swinton through his computer screen and then eventually getting very frustrated over the “Zero Theorem” he's trying to understand. Gilliam's latest since 2009's “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” will be released through VOD on Aug. 19 and in theaters on Sept. 19.
