Comic-Con TV schedule: “Game of Thrones,” “Penny Dreadful” and more

PanARMENIAN.Net - Comic-Con International has released the full schedule for this year's event that will take place July 23-27 at the San Diego Convention Center. As usual, the convention begins with a preview night on Wednesday, July 16, while the panels and presentations will kick off on Thursday, AceShowbiz said.

Among the highly-anticipated TV events on Thursday are the panel for CBS' summer hit "Under the Dome" as well as the return of "Community", which has been renewed for a fifth season by Yahoo. Supernatural shows "Teen Wolf", "Witches of East End" and "Penny Dreadful" are also included in the line-up.

The Friday schedule is even more packed, with at least two hit dramas, "The Walking Dead" and "Game of Thrones", occupying the biggest room Hall H at 12:20-1:20P.M. and 1:40-2:40P.M. respectively. Also worth the attention is the pilot screening of "iZombie", the Marvel TV panel that is expected to share sneak peeks from "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and "Marvel's Agent Carter", as well as the panels of "Orphan Black" and "Sleepy Hollow".

FOX's animated series like "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" are coming on Saturday, joined by Comic-Con veterans such as "The Vampire Diaries" and "True Blood". WB TV will additionally present its new shows "The Flash", "Constantine" and "Gotham" as well as "Arrow" on Hall H.

"Sons of Anarchy" is returning one last time on Sunday before wrapping up its run with the upcoming season 6. "Supernatural", "The Following" and "The Strain" will help close out the Comic-Con.
