Google rolls out Photo Sphere Camera app for iPhone and iPadAugust 20, 2014 - 15:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Google has released its Photo Sphere Camera application for iPhone and iPad, Digital Spy reported. The software, which lets users capture panoramic-like images, was originally released for Android devices alongside the 4.2 Jelly Bean update. Using the iOS device's gyroscope to determine the rotation of the camera, Photo Sphere stitches together several images to create a single 360-degree photograph. Users can share the results via social networking integration, and even upload them directly to Google Maps. Earlier this year, Google launched its Google Camera app for all Android devices, bringing the Phone Sphere feature to a wider range of users. Optimised for iPhone 5S, Photo Sphere Camera is available from the App Store as a free download.
