Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill reteam for

PanARMENIAN.Net - Paul Greengrass is setting his eyes on "The Ballad of Richard Jewell" for his next directing vehicle post his critically-acclaimed "Captain Phillips". Inspired by the true story of the Atlanta Olympics bombing in 1996, the film will re-team the dynamic duo of "The Wolf of Wall Street", Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill, AceShowbiz said.

Based on Marie Brenner's 1997 Vanity Fair article, the film follows Richard Jewell, a security guard who found a backpack filled with three pipe bombs on the park ground of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He called the police and helped evacuate the area before the bomb exploded. He was initially hailed a hero before his life turned hellish within 24 hours as he was considered a suspect planting the bomb in the first place.

Hill is expected to play Jewell, and DiCaprio will portray a lawyer who specializes in real estate closings but manages to guide the security guard through the legal trouble.
