CEO Tim Cook teases secret Apple productsSeptember 15, 2014 - 13:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Tim Cook has revealed that Apple still has some tricks up its sleeves, despite being the subject of constant rumours, Digital Spy said. In a rare televised interview with The Charlie Rose Show on US network PBS, the CEO gave some hints about how the company works. "There are products we're working on that no one knows about. Yes, that haven't been rumoured about yet," he said. "And part of some of those are going to come out and be blow-away, probably. And some of those we'll probably decide, 'You know, that one we're going to stop.' "And so, we kick around a lot of things internally. And we might start something and get down the road a little bit, and have a different idea." Although Cook gave no indication about what Apple is working on, he reiterated his interest in television, something he has believes is currently "stuck back in the seventies". "TV is one we continue to have great interest in," he admitted. The 53-year-old also spoke about the iPhone 6 Plus, which was unveiled earlier this week, saying Apple "could have made a larger iPhone years ago". "It's never been about just making a larger phone. It's been about making a better phone in every single way." Meanwhile, Cook denied that Apple's iCloud was recently hacked, instead calling it "a phishing expedition" and discussed the reasons for acquiring Beats.
