Artsakh delegation attends Abkhazian President inauguration![]() September 25, 2014 - 16:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The delegation of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic headed by National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghulyan arrived in Abkhazia on Wednesday, Sept 24, to attend in the inauguration of the newly elected President Raul Khadzhimba. The same day, the Artsakh officials visited an Armenian school in Sukhumi, where they participated in an event organized by the students. The delegation members also met with the Abkhazian Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Chirikba to discuss state building and opportunities to develop bilateral ties, the NKR MFA press office reported.
