The Game of Thrones actress has been cast in director Stefan Ruzowitzky's action thriller, Digital Spy reports citing Deadline. The film centres around a mutated form of rabies that creates a new species, addicted to violence and with its own emerging language. A talented survivor, who can communicate with the predators, leads a hunt for patient zero and a potential cure to the epidemic. Dormer will next be seen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2. Patient Zero is yet to announce its release schedule.
