At just 5.5mm thin, the Blu Vivo IV has made it into the Guinness Book of Records. The device uses Android 4.2 Jelly Bean - which will apparently be upped to 4.4 KitKat soon - and is supported by a 1.7GHz Octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and ARM Mali 450 graphics. It features a 5-inch 1080 x 1920 Super AMOLED display with 440ppi, as well as a 2,300mAh battery and 16GB of internal storage. There is no microSD slot for extra storage. Meanwhile, a 13-megapixel camera is fitted on the rear and a 5-megapixel snapper with 95-degree wide angle lens is found on the front. The Blu Vivo IV is now on sale in the U.S. for $299.
