Ameriabank extends credit card, refinancing campaigns

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ameriabank will extend the Non-Cash Freedom card campaign launched in early summer, in view of the latter's popularity, retail banking director Aram Barsegyan said.

As the bank's official stated at a September 30 news conference, the campaign, to run through the yearend, aims to boost the sale of plastic cards and amount of card transactions.

The campaign offers cardholders with an average monthly non-cash turnover of at least AMD 80,000 a specially-designed credit line with no waste of time and paper chase.

The credit limit ranges from AMD 150,000 to 1,500,000 and may reach up to 10-fold amount of non-cash transactions in case the client has a credit history and never had any overdue liability.

Ameriabank also announced extension of Boomerang credit refinancing campaign.

The campaign offers refinancing of credits ranging from AMD 10-100 million, with the bank to return 1% of the loan in case of a SME loan transfer from another bank.

The campaign also envisages a 1% interest rate decrease for business credits up to AMD 100 million, with the interest rate standing at 12% for the US dollar and Euro transactions.
