Michelle Williams’ “Suite Francaise” to premiere at American Film Market October 17, 2014 - 18:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Michelle Williams’ World War II romance “Suite Francaise” has been set for a “world premiere” at the American Film Market along with 90 other movies, Variety reported. AFM runs Nov. 5-12 in Santa Monica with over 415 films screening privately for buyers. “Suite Francaise,” directed by Saul Dibb and based on the Irene Nemirovsky novel, also stars Matthias Schoenaerts, Kristin Scott Thomas, Sam Riley, Ruth Wilson, Lambert Wilson and Margot Robbie. Entertainment One financed and produced. TF1 International is selling international rights. The Weinstein Co. has U.S. rights. Other notable world premieres include “How to Make Love Like an Englishman” with Pierce Brosnan, Salma Hayek and Jessica Alba (The Solution); Helen Hunt’s “Ride” (6 Sales); “The Last Knights” with Clive Owen and Morgan Freeman (Arclight); and “Any Day,” starring Sean Bean, Kate Walsh, and Eva Longoria (VMI). Market debuts include “99 Homes” with Michael Shannon and Andrew Garfield (Hyde Park); Adam Driver’s “Hungry Hearts” (Radiant Films); “The Face of an Angel,” starring Daniel Bruhl, Kate Beckinsale and Cara Delevingne (WestEnd); Gemma Arterton’s “Gemma Bovary” (Gaumont); and “My Old Lady” with Maggie Smith, Kristin Scott Thomas and Kevin Kline (Protagonist).
