Relativity picks up Nicholas Hoult-Felicity Jones thriller “Autobahn”November 4, 2014 - 14:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Relativity has picked up U.S. distribution rights to chase thriller “Autobahn”, starring Nicholas Hoult and Felicity Jones, the company announced, according to TheWrap. Eran Creevy directed the film, which he co-wrote with F. Scott Frazier. Anthony Hopkins and Ben Kingsley also star. “Autobahn” follows Hoult's character Casey, who schemes to pull a drug heist for an eccentric gangster (Kingsley) in order to pay for his girlfriend's (Jones) medical emergency while abroad. After a failed attempt, he embarks across Europe on an action-packed chase in a race against time with an evil druglord (Hopkins) to save her life. IM Global and China's DMG Entertainment financed the film, with additional financing provided by Sycamore Pictures and Ingenious Media. “Autobahn” was produced by Joel Silver, Ben Pugh and Rory Aitken of 42, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones of Automatik and Daniel Hetzer of Germany's Action Concept. The deal was brokered by Ford and Head of Business Affairs Deborah Zipser on behalf of IM Global. IM Global is also handling international sales.
