Parliament passes bill to change government structure November 17, 2014 - 15:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - With 70 votes in favor, 6 against and 31 abstentions, the Armenian parliament adopted Monday, Nov 17, a bill on introduction of amendments in the law on Government’s Structure. During a cabinet meeting on Nov 6, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan offered to merge the Ministries of Emergency Situations and Territorial Administration. The PM also said that a new ministry will be set up to deal with issues related to international economic integration and reforms.
