Sia debuts new “Annie” remake track “Opportunity” (video) November 26, 2014 - 11:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Sia has premiered a brand new track online, Digital Spy reveals. The singer has teamed up with Greg Kurstin to write and produce new song 'Opportunity' for the upcoming remake of Annie. Quvenzhané Wallis - who plays Annie in the big screen reboot - performs the song during a key scene in the new film. "Annie sings this song after she realises that she's got a good thing going with Jamie Foxx's character," director Will Gluck told People. "She goes to the Guggenheim Museum and they ask her to give a speech, but instead she just sings a song about what a great opportunity she's been given." This new version includes vocals by both Wallis and Sia, and will be included on the accompanying soundtrack out on December 15. Annie - which also stars Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz - will be in cinemas from December 19.
