HP rolls out EliteBook Folio 1020 with 5th-gen Intel Broadwell chipDecember 3, 2014 - 11:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - HP has announced the EliteBook Folio 1020, a business-focused laptop with a fifth-generation Intel Broadwell chip inside, Digital Spy reveals. The machine includes a 12.5-inch QHD display with a 2560 x 1440 pixel-resolution, a 720p webcam, and front-facing speakers with HD Audio and DTS Studio Surround. The EliteBook Folio 1020 sports a completely fanless design, allowing it to run emitting minimal background noise, and its battery provides nine hours of usage. Aimed at professionals, the computer comes with a range of security solutions in tow, including HP Client Management Solutions, optional LANDesk, Intel vPro technology, and a fingerprint scanner. Intel unveiled its Broadwell processors last month, and the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro has since been announced as the first consumer laptop to make use of the chipset.
