Imagine Dragons unveil

PanARMENIAN.Net - Imagine Dragons released the official music video for their single "I Bet My Life" on Vevo on Friday, December 12. Filmed at Arizona's Roosevelt Dam in October by Canadian filmmaker Jodeb, the cinematic clip centers on a character played by "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" actor Dane DeHaan, AceShowbiz said.

He's first seen getting into a physical fight with another male before he finds himself getting sucked into the dam and landing in an underwater house. His strange journey continues when he wakes up on a boat that eventually floats between clouds and brings him to a big city.

"As the first video on our new album, it was especially important that we capture the emotion of the song," Imagine Dragons' frontman Dan Reynolds said of the video. "Although it was written about my sometimes strained relationship with my parents, our director Jodeb had a powerful vision for how the feeling of the story could be portrayed. We were also lucky to have such amazing talent to work with in our lead actor Dane DeHaan."

"I Bet My Life" is the first offering from the Las Vegas rock band's upcoming sophomore album. The follow-up to the critically-acclaimed "Night Visions" (2012) is expected to be released in early 2015 via KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records.
