Salma Hayek takes on groups of mobs in

PanARMENIAN.Net - Salma Hayek has just got her own version of "Die Hard". An international trailer for her new movie "Everly" has surfaced online, showing the actress brandishing guns and taking on groups of mobs in an apartment, AceShowbiz said.

The trailer starts with Hayek receiving a threatening phone call in a bathroom. "You betrayed me. My men are already there. You will die in that room tonight, Everly," says a man on the other line. Hayek leaves the bathroom with a gun in her hand, shooting everyone in the room before getting shot. Other scenes see the actress throwing a grenade to a closing elevator and shooting at a sniper across the building only to get blasted.

"Everly" tells the story of Hayek's titular character, a call girl who becomes police informant. Her gangster boss Taiko learns of the news and hunts her. Apart from Hayek, the action-packed movie stars Togo Igawa and Hiroyuki Watanabe. Directed by Joe Lynch, it lands on VOD on January 23 before hitting U.S. theaters on February 27.
