Lana Del Rey teases her next album,

PanARMENIAN.Net - Lana Del Rey has begun teasing her new album. The singer revealed some details about the follow-up to last year's "Ultraviolence" in a new interview with Billboard, saying that she had written nine songs for her next project that would be called "Honeymoon", AceShowbiz reports.

Four of the nine new songs, according to Del Rey, have "perfect" production. "I'm looking for a few more songs to tie everything together," she said. In addition to the tracks, the New York native plans to include a cover of Nina Simone's "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood".

Del Rey's "Ultraviolence" debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 following its release last summer. Recently, she made contributions to the soundtrack of Tim Burton's "Big Eyes" by recording two original songs including the title track which is now up for a Golden Globe and is in contention to be nominated for an Oscar.

Asked if the "Big Eyes" song would represent the sound of her new album, Del Rey said that "Honeymoon" would be different from "Ultraviolence" and would be more like "Born to Die" and "Paradise [EP]".

"I finished my last one ['Ultraviolence'] in March and released it in June and I had a follow-up idea. It's growing into something I really like. I'm kind of enjoying sinking into this more noirish feel for this one. It's been good," she explained.
