Leonardo DiCaprio joins "The Crowded Room"February 28, 2015 - 11:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Leonardo DiCaprio has set his eyes on an exciting role for his next project. The actor reportedly is joining New Regency's "The Crowded Room" and will play a man with multiple personalities. DiCaprio will serve as a producer alongside Jennifer Davisson and Alexandra Milchan in addition to starring in the project. Jason Smilovic and Todd Katzberg are serving as the scribes, AceShowbiz reports. Based on a non-fiction book by Daniel Keyes, the movie will center on a man named Billy Milligan, the first person who successfully used multiple personality disorder as a defense in a court of law. Back in the '70s, Milligan was accused of raping three women on the Ohio State University campus as well as robbery. In his defense, Milligan said his alternate personalities were the ones who committed the crimes. DiCaprio next can be seen in "The Revenant". Directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, the pic which is set in 1823 will see DiCaprio playing a fur trapper who is mauled by a grizzly bear. It is set to arrive on Christmas Day.
