NKR FM informs OSCE rep. of Azeri attempts to manipulate int'l lawMarch 18, 2015 - 17:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on March 17. Issues related to the situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported. On the same day, Kasprzyk met the Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan, Panorama.am reports. The sides exchanged views on a range of issues of mutual interest, related, in particular, to current situation on the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan and the monitoring conducted by the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. The NKR Foreign Minister called the ambassador's attention to the continuous attempts of Azerbaijan to manipulate and selectively apply the norms of international humanitarian law. In this context, the fate of NKR citizen Arsen Baghdasarian, kept captive in Azerbaijan, was touched upon.
