“Poltergeist” horror remake unveils new trailer (video) April 3, 2015 - 10:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Just when you thought it was safe to stand in front of your TV, Fox released the latest trailer for their upcoming remake of “Poltergeist” on Thursday, April 2, according to TheWrap. Like the original 1982 film, the story centers around a family whose suburban home is plagued by dark spirits. The youngest daughter (Kennedi Clements) is taken captive by the spirits after uttering the famous line, “They’re here.” Sam Rockwell and Rosemarie DeWitt star as the mother and father, while Jared Harris plays the paranormal expert called in to help fight the titular poltergeist that kidnapped their daughter. Gil Kenan directed the project, with horror master Sam Raimi serving as producer. “Poltergeist” will open in theaters on May 22.
