"Winter Soldier" scribes to write "Avengers: Infinity War" movies

PanARMENIAN.Net - Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely are officially tapped to write the next two "Avengers" movies. As AceShowbiz reports, citing Badass Digest, the duo has sealed the deal to pen "Avengers: Infinity War Part I" (May 4, 2018) and "Avengers: Infinity War Part II" (May 3, 2019).

The screenwriting duo has close ties with Marvel, previously working on the three "Captain America" movies, "Thor: The Dark World", and "Marvel's Agent Carter". They will reunite with "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" helmers Anthony and Joe Russo who will take over "The Avengers" reins from Joss Whedon.

Before working on the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" sequel which will conclude Marvel's Phase Three, the Russo brothers along with Markus and McFeely will team up for "Captain America: Civil War" first. It is scheduled to make its way out May 6, 2016.
