ISS shares breathtaking spacewalk from a GoPro

PanARMENIAN.Net - NASA has published breathtaking footage of its astronauts using GoPros in space, Digital Spy reports.

Astronaut Terry Virts took part in some extravehicular activities using the devices, showing exactly what an astronaut sees when working on the International Space Station.

The amazing video offer a view like no other of Earth and space, as well as the astronauts working with wrenches and other hand tools.

Virts has previously used Vine to share stunning short videos from space, including clips of the Northern Lights, Typhoon Hagupit and the Moon setting.

"The views of Earth from there are just amazing," he said before his latest trip. "When I was there the first time I only had a few chances to look out the Cupola because we were so busy and then we had to leave right after we installed it.

"So I am looking forward to being able to live in space for six months and see Earth, see space. But I am really looking forward to not just seeing but experiencing space. I am looking forward to floating again. It was just fun floating and I have not been able to do that for years so I am really looking forward to that."
