Google Glass “to launch with companions”May 18, 2015 - 16:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Google Glass is set to make a comeback in the future, and reports suggest that it will return to the market with mystery companion products in tow, Digital Spy reports. Job listings spotted by Business Insider indicate that the next iteration of the headset could be part of a new family of devices. The adverts specify that the successful candidate will assist in the development of "smart eyewear and other related products" in the Glass division. Google called time on the consumer version of the original Glass in January, and is believed to have taken the device back to the drawing board. Nest boss Tony Fadell has been charged with overseeing the future of the headset, working alongside designer Ivy Ross following a management reshuffle. Google has maintained its commitment to the product, refuting persistent rumours that Glass may never return.
